A:Yes, due to the growing womb, the cervix does come down a bit. There is a lot more lubrication (and secretions) in the vaginal canal during pregnancy due to the influence of hormones. Both these events are normal. We suggest, if it is OK with both of you, that you try the sideways position instead of the conventional man on top position. Both of you will be more comfortable.
