Is cheese a good substitute for milk?

Q: I have a 3 years old son. I would like to know if cheese is good for children. My son refuses to drink milk. Is cheese a good substitute for milk? Can I give it everyday in his lunch box for school? He is extremely restless, aggressive and cries at the drop of a hat. Could this be related to his diet? His lunch and dinner consists of a fair amount of vegetables and meat.

A:I would advise you to substitute milk with curd, home made paneer or tofu. You can also include dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, etc. Do not give him processed foods, as these foods are full of chemicals which can be injurious to the health of your young child.
