How to reduce abdominal fat?

Q: I joined a fitness club and am doing abdominal exercises for at least half an hour a day. There is no difference in size though it looks reduced after the workout but not on the next day. This is causing me frustration.

A:Abundance of fat at the waist will not be melted by just performing any amount of abdominal exercises. A proper diet and aerobic exercises will help you achieve your target. Abdominal exercises will help you have a flat stomach like a chocolate slab but it takes a little longer to achieve this. Give it at least 3 months. So do not get frustrated and work on your abdominals.
