How to gain weight?
Q: On measuring my weight, it appears that I am underweight. How do I increase my weight? Also, my legs seems to be very thin? Are there any particular types of exercise which will improve my legs?
A:You can increase your weight in an organised manner but will have to be patient. Eating the right foods which are high in nutrition and doing some weight training can see you reach your goal. Weight training needs to be done for the whole body, not only for some parts but all, so that you maintain balance. You should work each part or group 2-3 times a week, keeping a gap of 48 hours between working the same part again. Make sure you work slowly but surely so that you do not injure yourself and the results are more long term. Give yourself at least 2-3 months of regular workouts, for the results to show.
