How to build a good body?
Q: I am doing weight lifting for over two years but still have not built a good body while those who joined with me have got a good body. I plan to take mega mass 5000 and want to know whether this will have any side effect. Kindly tell me know how can I put on weight and get a good build.
A:There has been no substantial evidence that these supplements work or not. But there is agreement that the side effects they have, do not warrant their use as much as working out and following a diet which includes healthy nutritious food from natural sources. Eat a good 3-5 meals a day whcih includes all the food groups, although keeping fats on the lower side (rather than eliminating them altogether). Make sure that your workout contains exercises for all the muscle groups of your body to achieve balance and you will see results in about a 2-3 months of regular workouts!
