How do I lose weight?

Q: I am 31 years old, 157 cms and 67 kgs. I was 53 kgs four years back when I got married ever since then I have been putting on weight. I have also joined a gym and exercise five times a week. I also tried dieting and lost a few kgs but as soon as I stopped that I got back all the kilos I had lost. Then I joined a gym but haven't lost in kgs, I did loose a few inches. My question to you is how do I get back to my original weight and do not put on so much again. I know I am overweight. Also I want to have a child, does being overweight make it difficult to conceive? Please advise.

A:Since you are familiar with exercises and routine, I would advise you to do five minutes warming up exercises, ten minutes of aerobics, ten minutes of strength training, five minutes of cooling down exercises i.e. a total of 20 minute work out everyday. Work the same body parts on alternate days. If you are using weights for strength training, be flexible with weight-lifting. Do what you are comfortable with. Do not push yourself too far. Weight loss should be about 2 kg per month. So don't force yourself. Maintain a good nutritious diet and the exercise regime. This should help you achieve what you are looking for.
