How can I give my hips a good shape?
Q: I am 27 years old, height is 5.10 and weigh 73 kgs. The problem is my hip is almost devoid of fat and that gives my body, a not very good shape. I am exercising to get rid of this problem, but frankly speaking it is improving my thighs rather than my hip. Is there any way by which I can have a good fat accumulation around my hips?
A:There is not much you can do to accumulate fat, except the wrong things. But then that will be detrimental to your health. You can however build muscle in the area around your hips by adding weights to your exercises. Squats and lunges are good for the hips and by adding weight on your shoulders, you will soon find a muscle build up. Make sure you give at least 48 hours gap between your regimen.
