How can I gain muscle mass on my arms?
Q: I am a 24 years old man having medium body structure. However, my arms and especially wrists are extremely thin. Can you suggest any exercise to make them wide?
A:Although it may not be wise to specifically target any one particular area in the body, you may like to work on building muscle mass in your arms by lifting weights. Do bicep curls for the front of the arms and triceps extensions for the back of the upper arms. These should be done under the supervision of a trained fitness instructor who can monitor the amount of weights used, the number of repetitions and sets, the frequency of the exercise and the rest required in between.
