Q: I am not enjoying my sex life for the past few years. By the time I am into my peak mood, my wife is just getting into it. By the time I am through, she is at her peak. It makes me uncomfortable to have sex the next time as I can't maintain the pace. I have not taken any medicine for this. I don't have any clue about what to do? I am not able to share this problem with any one. I have been married for 10 years and have a son of the same age. Please advise.

A:It is clearly a case of poor synchronization between you and your wife. In such cases, it is advised that before you insert your penis into her, both of you spend quite a bit of time on foreplay. That will make her sufficiently aroused and once you start penetrative sex, she should be satisfied even if the intercourse lasts for lesser time. More importantly, relax while having sex. A tense mind always spoils sex.
