Q: In coronary angiogram right coronary artery shows 70% mid stenosis, left anterior descending shows 40% mid stenosis and left circumflex shows 100% mid stenosis. Will medical therapy suffice ?

A:Your Right coronary & the left anterior descending block is nonsignificant. Since your circumflex is blocked 100% one needs to know if the muscle thereis viable by doing a thallium scan, if it is yes than it must be opened immediately. If not then medical therapy is suffice.
