I got medicine for 10-15 days intially and felt the improvment but after stopping the medicine the irritation in my throat started again. Now I am feeling 90%improvement without taking any medicine. How can my throat irritation problem be erradicated?

A:Throat irritation may be due to a postnasal drip (mucous from nose dripping or passing into the throat. It may also be due to acid reflux from your stomach into the foodpipe and then into the throat (called gastro-oesophageal reflux) You should consult an ENT doctor for a clinical evaluation.
