Do I have any chance of becoming a father?

Q: I am a 28 years old unmarried man suffering from hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. I am taking its treatment for seven years. Earlier, I used to take Sustanon 250 for every 15 days for two years. After this, due to some financial problem I stopped the treatment as suggested by my doctor. But now from past one year I am taking Fertizin 2000 and took Ovitrop 75 for three months at alternate days. Currently I am taking Ovitrop 150 along with Fertizin 2000 every alternate day. How long it will take to complete this treatment? What are the chances of becoming a father?

A:There are two issues: manhood and father-hood. Treatment of manhood is easy i.e. injection of Sustanon up to the age of around 60 years. But fatherhood is tough and tricky area. Your line of treatment for fatherhood is correct. Get your testicular volume assessed by ultrasound, also S. testosterone both free and total semen analysis. These test shall indicate your chances of becoming a father. This treatment is carried out till family is complete and then replaced by injection of testosterone.
