Diet for body building
Q: My age is 20 yrs. I go to the gymnasium regularly. Could you please suggest me a diet chart? What food should I take that will help in body building? As I am a pure vegetarian, please suggest me foods that can provide necessary vitamins, proteins, etc...for body building.
A:Normal balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, low fat dairy products (upto 600 ml/day), pulses, soyabean, nuts and dry fruits is adequate. No special foods are necessary and neither a high protein diet.
