Q: Why do I sometimes get cramps in my stomach for some time after I eat something. I have a hiatus hernia and hyperacidity.Though I have been treated aggressively with H-2 receptor antagonists but there has been hardly any relief.

Some important ones are:peptic ulcer disease, gallbladder disease, food allergy, lactose intoleranceand intestinal angina or ischemia of the small intestine.
