Can surgery for piles lead to fatigue?

Q: I underwent cryosurgery for piles four months back. Now, I have pain inside my rectum and there is occasional bleeding. My blood tests are all normal. But, I feel fatigued even on walking a short distance. The fatigue starts after emptying the bowel and after taking food in the morning. I feel pressure inside the ear and feel that I might fall if I walk under the sun. Please help.

A:A patient may have residual ulcers following cryosurgery for piles, resulting in pain and occasional bleeding. These ulcers may take some time to heal. It is difficult to advise any patient without examining. I suggest that you get a surgical gastroenterologist to see you. Regarding the numerous other complaints, please consult a physician. These complaints are not related to cryosurgery.
