Can I drink alcohol when on medication for dog bite?
Q: A pet dog bit me and I took rabipur injection as prescribed. I wanted to know if drinking alcohol during the course of injection was dangerous? My sister-in-law, a medical student, has told me that I can't drink alcohol for two months while taking the injections.
A:Alcohol in moderation i.e. 1 or 2 drinks a day is quite safe.
