A:Generally not. In my practice, I have seen several heterosexual marriages where the man is homosexual. These men summon up homosexual fantasies and just about impregnate their wives successfully to fool family and society, but there is otherwise no sex life between the man and the wife. Very few men are truly bisexual. Ideally, homosexual men should admit to their homosexual orientation and avoid marriage, but few have the integrity, strength of character, or guts to do this, especially in India. This means that you may need to tell your friend that all this may not help.
