Can a spray for maintaining erection cause foreskin infection?

Q: I am 27 years old and having sex with one of our relatives from almost 2 years at regular intervals of 15 days or a month. She is married and has kids. We are not using any protection as there is no chances of pregnancy as she got rid of it long time back. We had no problem and I have used some pills for enhancing my stay some time & it worked well. Last year, I used a spray on my penis for enhancing my erection and it also worked but after a day I noticed that while urinating it started burning and in another 2 days there was infection on the foreskin. I applied some skin medicine and it got alright within a weeks time. Do you think it is the spray that affected me or it could be due to my partner’s dry vagina? Now I am fine. Can we use homemade coconut oil as a lubricant?

A:If your partner is cheating on her husband and sleeping with you, it is possible that she is sleeping with somebody else too. It is also possible that she is sleeping with you because her husband is sleeping with somebody else. Also, you have not mentioned whether you are sleeping with others. The entire situation is dangerous. It is quite possible that you have acquired an infection. Both your partner and you need to be tested and treated. If you wish to use a lubricant, you must use an aqueous one like K-Y Jelly (Johnson & Johnson) and not an oil-based one. Can’t say anything about your spray since you haven’t furnished details, but, generally speaking, many of these are dubious.
