A:At least two companies are making amino acid solutions which might be used in your child. Astymin solution made by Tablet India, and Celemin nephro by Claris Life Sciences. The latter make some other types of amino acid mixtures too. You should contact some intensive care person or a gastroenterologist near to your place of residence and seek their advice. I would advise confirmation of diagnosis by DNA. This is a test based on blood examination by DNA technology.
