Dr Ajit Man Singh did his medical graduation (MBBS) from AIIMS New Delhi, followed by post graduation (MS) in ENT from the same institution. He completed his Diplomate of the National Board of Examinations, and did three years senior residency at AIIMS. He then spent about 3 years in UK, where he did FRCS from Edinburgh, and DLO from the Royal College of Surgeons at London.
He worked for a major portion of his stint in UK with Oxford Regional Health Authority, and fine tuned his training in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. He then opted to return to India, and worked at AIIMS for 6 months as Senior Research Associate, before moving into the Private Sector. He was Head of Department of ENT at VIMHANS, New Delhi, and Senior ENT & Head & Neck Surgeon with Batra Hospital, New Delhi since 1995.Since 2006, He has been Senior Consultant ENT & Head and Neck surgery, and Head of Unit, with Max Heathcare Group of Hospitals, New Delhi.
His special interests are in Endoscopic sinus surgery, and he has the maximum experience in repair of CSF leaks endoscopically from the nose in North India. His other special interests are in Micro ear Surgery including cochlear implantation.
