They could be a result of misuse, sustained use of wrong habitual pitch, etc. The normal range for a male speaker is approximately 90-110 Hz. You need to get a detailed voice profiling done which would include both subjective and objective evaluation of your voice as well as an in depth case history, which would throw light on the cause of the same.
