Q: I am 37 years old, fat (114 kg) and single. Whenever I get up in the morning there is swelling in the right side of my body. I got a regular checkup done and things were fine. Last year I had high BP but now it is controlled. Tell me what to do?

A:This is a non specific symptom. If you are on some drugs like calcium blockers, etc. it could be a part of that. It could be some hormonal effect and is seen some times in females of your age. You should loose weight, get your self evaluated by a physician if this persists.
