What food items would provide me with high proteins?

Q: Since I regularly go to the gym for muscle building, I am looking for a cheap yet effective way of protein intake. Would you suggest that I soak Nutrela high protein soya chunks overnight and then have them in the morning?

A:If you are a non-vegetarian, I feel choosing egg is a good option, you could take it twice a day if your total protein in blood reports is normal. Taking soyabean is a good choice but preferably cook it berfore you take as there are inhibitors which may not help proper protein utilisation. You could also use soya atta regularly in your chapati. Also rajma is a good option but all plant protein should be cooked. You could also choose protein supplements, however, these are not so cheap.
