Q: I am a 47 years old man and I underwent thyroid function test, which showed THS3 - 0.8 uIU/ml and T-4 free 0.92 ng/dl. Antithyroid antibody test found anti-thyroglobulin AB - 1.03 IU/ML and anti-microsomal AB - 0.00 IU/ml. What does my thyroid function test suggest? I also have nodules in the right lobe of the thyroid.
