Q: I am a 28 years old physically fit man who has been having sex regularly (at least 2-3 times in a week) for the last 12 years. After ejaculation my body (especially legs) start feeling weak. What diet should I take to regain the lost energy?
A:As sex does involve physical activity and consumes energy, a bit of tiredness after sexual intercourse does occur. That is very normal. Keep yourself fit by eating a normal balanced diet every day and undertaking regular physical exercise. There is no need of special diet or nutrients to overcome this "problem" because it is not actually a problem.
