Q: I am suffering from nodular scabies. It is giving itching. I used permethrin and cetrizine tablets but it is not giving cure. Please advise.

A:I assume your nodular scabies is on the scrotum and genitals. The fact that you have used permethrin indicates that you have seen a dermatologist. I suggest you go back to him and he will be able to advise you about further line of management depending on the severity. Nodular scabies can be troublesome and you should not get unduly panicky about it.
