Protein deficient foods
Q: I would like to know which fruits, vegetables and non-vegetarian foods do not contain proteins.
A:If you have been advised to take less protein, then limit the intake of non-vegetarian and daals, beans and chanas as they are high on protein. Fruits are also low in protein and can be taken freely. Milk and dairy products are also high in protein. Vegetable rich in protein include peas and beans. Nuts and seeds are also rich sources of proteins.
