Early morning - Tea without sugar, slim milk only
Breakfast - 1 cup Milk / tea / coffee- skimmed milk dalia/ oats porridge/ besan chila - 2 / stuffed chapatti-2 no oil/ sprouts chat – 1 bowl
11.00 am: Apple / papaya / pear / water melon - 1 bowl
Lunch - 2 chapatti
Whole moong dal / any dal preferably whole dal
Any 1 vegetable
Curd / vegetable raita
Evening tea - Tea / coffee / Whole wheat veg sandwich/ 2 idlis
Dinner - Tomato or vegetable soup
vegetable – green leafy twice a week
1 glass buttermilk with 1 tsp flax seeds
