Q: Hello, I am a 18 year old boy, my collage has started and I want to look hep and I use a lot of gel to make my hair spiky and the gel is not Indian kindly tell will it effect the scalp.

A:Hair gels if they are of a good make are relatively safe though looking hep would vary from person to person and I leave that aesthetic part to you. It however does contain a constituent diazolidinyl urea found in certain makes which can cause Allergic contact dermatitis (Eczema) on the scalp. So my advice will be to use gel sparingly and not daily as side effects are known as mentioned above.
