A:Many of these sprays contain local anesthetics and mild counter irritants. Most don't print the formula on the containers so one doesn't know what the product contains. It is useful to remember that many of these chemicals get absorbed through the skin after application. Furthermore, they can also be absorbed through the vagina in the female during intercourse. Very few of these products are medically certified. It is, however, unlikely that your problem is related to your malaria.
