Is the intensity of orgasm same with erect and flaccid penis?

Q: I am a 30 years old male attracted to a male of my age. Because of social pressure, I do I get an erection and perform well even with females. The problem is I don't ejaculate or experience orgasm in either type of sex - homosexual or heterosexual. I ejaculate only after masturbation and that too when I lie prone with flaccid penis and imagine guys doing it to me. I have the following questions to ask:-

  1. Is orgasm same with erect and flaccid penis?
  2. Is the volume of ejaculation same with erect and flaccid penis?
  3. Will this damage my sperms? Can I become a father or not?
  4. What should I do to ejaculate while having sex?

A:1. The intensity of the orgasms varies with erect and flaccid penis. 2. It is likely to be different (less with flaccid penis). 3. No, it doesn't damage sperms in any way. Whether you can have babies or not will depend upon count and motility, morphology of your sperms. 4. Please see a sex therapist / counsellor in person to get yourself examined and investigated for your problem.
