A:Ginger generally is used for morning sickness during the first trimester of pregnancy. Traditionally the ladoos, which I believe you are referring to are Gond ke laddu which are eaten after delivery and not during pregnancy. There are two types both are very good and tasty but are very fatty so eat just one or two everyday and remember to have a big glass of milk with it.
