Is it important to sterilise milk before consumption?
Q: If I drink buffalo milk without sterilising it, will it harm me? I am a 25 years old man weighing 70 kg for a height of 175 cm.
A:It is always safer to boil/sterilise milk before consumption. Heating or pasteurising milk destroys any harmful organisms such as bacteria, molds, yeasts and viruses.
