Q: I have a very peculiar problem. I am finding small small lies/insects near my penis and nearer parts. I could literally kill them by picking it from that place. But it keeps increasing day by day and thereby causing itches. Because of this i abstain myself from my wife for intercourse. Kindly help me out by giving a best solution.Regards,Ashok.R

A:Keep your hair shaved. Have bath daily and wash the undergarment with warm water, and iron them with hot iron. See a skin specialist and if possible, show the insect.
