How do I manage cervical spondylosis?

Q: I am a 28 years old man suffering from a cervical problem since three years now. I have been diagnosed with a cervical spondylosis and formation of osteophyte on disc C3. How do I control this situation? I have been through many physiotherapy sessions such as traction, ultra sonic massage but it only gives me temporary relief. Please comment.

A:If it is neck pain you are suffering from, then long term treatment includes regular neck exercises even after the pain has disappeared, correct posture and precautions to avoid stress on the neck, like lifting.
