How can I increase protein content in my diet?

Q: I am allergic to milk, eggs, soya and excess dal. I am an animal lover, so I don't eat chicken and fish. Therefore, I can get my protein content only from vegetables. I want to increase the protein content in my diet as I am suffering from hair loss. I eat vegetables, rice and chapatti for lunch and dinner. I have a glass of milk for breakfast (if I increase milk, it causes pimples). Please advise me how to increase the protein content in my diet.

A:Try incorporating curd, paneer, dry fruits (soaked) almonds, walnuts, etc., to increase your protein content. Also, have small and frequent meals for better digestion and absorption. Have one protein-rich food at one time, in normal serving size to prevent discomfort.
