How can I improve my hair growth?
Q: I am a 24 years old female. I have healthy long hair except that there is thinning in a small portion in the front. It looks bad and I cannot cover it up. I don't use harmful chemicals. I have a good diet and sleep well. Should I take some vitamins for hair growth? If yes then which ones? Please help.
A:From the description of your problem, I think all you need is vitamins and minerals supplement. Vitamin H (Biotin) is a very useful oral medication. There are combos with pantothenic acid and minerals. One anti-oxidant capsule daily also helps. Correct anaemia if present. Yet another important point is that you must check your thyroid function, as this governs hair loss/growth in a big way. I sincerely feel that you will get the hair you desire if you look at the above details.
