Q: I am a 24 years old female. I have healthy long hair except that there is thinning in a small portion in the front. It looks bad and I cannot cover it up. I don't use harmful chemicals. I have a good diet and sleep well. Should I take some vitamins for hair growth? If yes then which ones? Please help.
