Good health at 65?
Q: After the age of 65 years how can an individual maintain good health without taking any medicines?
A:After the age of 65 years one can maintain good health by keeping one's weight in check in accordance with one's height, taking a brisk walk for at least 20 minutes everyday or even for half an hour every alternate day, eating a healthy diet which includes plenty of green vegetables, fruits, fish and by avoiding oily, deep fried food and snacks. Most important of all is a positive attitude to life in general and an abiding interest in ones surroundings. Exercise, even 10 minutes of a brisk walk four times a week is beneficial. Oral hygiene at this point of time is of utmost importance.
