Q: I like to have juices while taking my meals. Is it okay to do so? When should one have juices, before or after meals? Also, please mention the advantages and disadvantage of having juices before and after taking meals.

Although most juices may be fortified with vitamin C, most are low in minerals and high in sugar, which could contribute to tooth decay. Consume fruit juices between your meals, not during your meals.
