A:You have borderline hypothyroidism. We tend to start the treatment when TSH is above 10 unless you are symptomatic like feeling very lethargic, have depression or marked symptoms (or pregnancy in females). I think you should repeat TSH and FT4 and Ft3 and TPO antibodies again in two months.
