Will topical drugs harm fetal development?

Q: My wife is 11 weeks pregnant. In the 9th week she got viral infection in the eyes. We consulted an eye surgeon who recommended eye drops and ointment (I-lube, neosporin ointment and flomex-N drops). She took these for 10 days. Will these drugs harm the foetus?
