Will there be a problem in intercourse in case of sperm track infection?

Q: Recently I got filarial epididymitis (sperm track infection) early stage and I am taking treatment with tablet Hetrazan 100mg. My question is: Is there any problem in having intercourse with my wife and will the disease affect the chances of my wife getting pregnant? What is the best time to have intercourse after my wifes period?

A:There is no problem in intercourse. It will not affect pregnancy. The best time for intercourse is in middle of cycle and doing it alternate day. This comes 14 days before NEXT expected period.
