Q: My husband recently twisted one of his testicles resulting in the loss of the right testicle. I would like to know whether it would be possible for us to conceive when he has only one testicle?
A:It is possible to have sufficient sperms from one testis if it not diseased. Get his semen analysis done to confirm that. Then see a urologist if needed.
