Will I have a problem in conceiving?

Q: I am a 27 years old female. My blood group is O positive and my fiances blood group is AB positive. Will there be any problem in conceiving?

A:The possibility of Rh isoimmunisation exists when an Rh-negative woman is exposed to Rh-positive blood. As both your husband and you are Rh-positive, there is no problem. And blood group has no role in conception.
