Why is there penile pain after masturbation?

Q: I am a bachelor. After masturbating, I feel a slight pain in my left testis, which disappears after sometime. Is there some kind of a problem? Do I need to consult a doctor?

A:No there is no problem. The pain could be due to the spasm of the cremaster muscle after an orgasm which is a normal phenomenon.
