Q: What would be the effects of non-removal of kidney stone which has reached the ureter or urinary bladder? What if there is yet another non-paining stone in the kidney? My stone which had reached ureter has not yet come out of the body through urine since I last got the pain. Its been 10 days now. At present however, there is no pain.
A:Stones from the urinary tract are removed for the following reasons - Pain or any other symptoms, such as fever, bleeding etc.All the stones are likely to damage your kidneys and that you should make certain with your urologist that leaving stones behind would not damage your kidneys.
