Why has the tip of my penis turned red?

Q: I am a 30 years old male. For the last two days, I am noticing that the tip of my penis has turned red. The penis tip also itches. Is it some sort of infection? What should I do?

A:Dilute Betadine lotion with water in the ratio of 1:4 and clean the affected area twice a day. If there is no improvement or it continues to worsen, you will have to seek consultation from a qualified medical practitioner.
