Q: I am a 40 years old male. I have observed that I do not ejaculate if I have intercourse more than once during a single day, even though erection is there. Do I have to take any medicine for that? I have high BP for last 7-8 years and take Eslo10 every night.

A:Volume of semen is related to the frequency of ejaculation and hence it is not surprising that the semen volume at frequent ejaculation may be very low. It is unrelated with your blood pressure medication. No, you do not seem to warrant treatment for this complaint if you have been ejaculating normal amount (1 to 3 ml) after 3 to 4 days of abstinence.
