Why don't I ejaculate if I have sex more than once in a day?

Q: I am a 40 years old male. I have observed that I do not ejaculate if I have intercourse more than once during a single day, even though erection is there. Do I have to take any medicine for that? I have high BP for last 7-8 years and take Eslo10 every night.

A:Volume of semen is related to the frequency of ejaculation and hence it is not surprising that the semen volume at frequent ejaculation may be very low.
