Q: I am 29 years old. Why is my penis tip always dry? Since I was 15 years old my penis tip has always remained dry, even during masturbation. Now I am married and I find that it is dry even during sex. Why is it so and are there any remedies?
A:Penis tip is lubricated to some extent by smegma and tysons glands secretion. During sex, main lubrication occurs from the female vaginal secretions. Unless, she is properly initiated in the sex, she may not have lubricated vagina. Consult a dermatologist for further answers and for ruling out any pathology at the tip of penis.
