Why does my nose remain blocked all the time?

Q: I have severe sinusitis. My nose remains blocked every time. The ENT specialist says that I have deviated nasal septum (DNS) and it should be removed by operation. I have undergone operation, but I still suffer from blocked nose. What is the remedy?
